Eli Chalouh has been missing since September 11, 2001. The 23-year-old Syrian immigrant left home early that morning for his new job on the 86th floor of the World Trade Center — he'd only started working there six weeks before — and has never been heard from since, nor was his body ever found. His father, Youssef, still holds out hope that his son wasn't at the Twin Towers that day, but others are mourning the loss of a close friend.
