Food Researcher Awarded Congressional Gold Medal

Pioneering U.S. agricultural researcher and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Norman Borlaug receives the Congressional Gold Medal for his lifetime of work tackling world hunger. Asia Seen as Next Focus of Agricultural Biotech Production

The next decade of research in crops improved by biotechnology will include a major role for projects in Asia, according to the head of a leading agricultural research institute.
