Larry W. Trimmer, a staff sergeant with the 4th Civil Affairs Group, hands out lentils to women in An-Nasiriyah, Iraq. U.S. Marines and Sailors supplied food to over 1,000 people, and medical aid to over 50 individuals, in the first day of providing relief to Iraqi civilians.
