Afghan Minister of Women's Affairs, Dr. Sima Samar

Afghans marked International Women's Day on March 8 with a special ceremony in Kabul hosted by the Afghan Ministry of Women's Affairs. Afghan Minister of Women's Affairs, Dr. Sima Samar, addresses a crowd attending the ceremony.
