Radio TV Afghanistan broadcasters Lailuma Ahmadi (left) and Jamila Mujadid (right) recite poetry paying tribute to the virtues of womanhood and criticizing the Taliban for oppressing women during its six-year rule. The performance was part of a special cultural program sponsored by the Afghan Ministry of Information and Culture in Kabul, Afghanistan, to mark International Women's Day, March 8.
