About Podcasts
blue rule

Podcasting is a way to 'subscribe' to audio programs and have them delivered to your personal computer. As a subscriber to USINFO.STATE.GOV podcast you can automatically receive the latest edition of the program.

These materials are available via syndication software that checks for the most current files of your choosing. The MP3 player is connected to a computer, and the computer connects to the internet. The freely available software on the computer finds selected podcasts to download to the MP3 player, so the user can disconnect the MP3 player and listen to the podcasts at any time.

Subscribe to our podcast feeds

To subscribe to a feed, copy the address of the podcast feed from the links provided and add it to your podcast applications.

Downloading MP3 audio files

To listen to the most recent programs, users without a portable MP3 player may listen to audio files by clicking on the 'Download' link and then saving to your personal computer. Once you've downloaded the file you can listen to it at your own convenience.
