A team of emergency doctors at Baghdad University's teaching hospital in Baghdad discussed ways to improve emergency medical care in Iraq. The purpose of this DVC was to promote an exchange of ideas on Emergency Medical Care. This was an opportunity for the medical community in Iraq to take the first step toward improving the medical infrastructure in Baghdad.

Guest Biography: Dr. Jamil Bayram is with Rush University Medical Center. He has served with the NGO International Medical Corps in Iraq and is familiar with the challenges facing the Iraqi medical team.
