On October 5 at 9:00 a.m. EDT (1300 GMT), please join Imam Mohamad Bashar Arafat for a discussion of ways in which Muslim communities in Baltimore, Maryland, and elsewhere are celebrating Ramadan and sharing this experience with people of other faiths.
Guest Biography: Dr. Mohamad Bashar Arafat was born and raised in Damascus, Syria. In January 2005, he began conducting programs on inter-religious dialogue, integration and "Islam in America" through the State Department’s International Speakers Program.
